Older adults meet to get involved, stay connected and be active. Pre-registration is not required. Enjoy the company of others, make new friends and take advantage of the different activities during the month.
Santee Branch Library Events at City Hall
The Santee Branch Library hosts a multitude of activities every month. On the first Wednesday of the month, they sponsor a program at Santee City Hall Building 8P (10601 Magnolia Avenue). Activities include musical acts, cooking, author signings and guest speakers presenting on a variety of topics. All Library sponsored activities are free and no registration is required.

Explore regional and local destinations throughout San Diego County and Southern California. Activities range from local East County destinations, farther San Diego County locations and all the way to Los Angeles. Registration is required for all trips, outings and events.
Feeling Fit
Join instructor Daphne Miller at Santee City Hall on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30-11:30am for this free County of San Diego sponsored fitness class for older adults. The goal of the Feeling Fit Club is to offer a safe, comfortable environment for older adults to engage in physical activity as well as to help older people develop and maintain their level of physical fitness. No registration required.
Registration and Financial Assistance
VIP Program
Seniors are asked to complete a registration form for all upcoming Out & About or Senior Trips. Financial aid is available for Santee residents to participate in recreation programs and trips. Submit your yearly VIP application to City Hall Building 6 to find out if you are eligible for a $57 credit (available once a quarter).
