Citywide Pavement Survey

During the week of June 30, 2025, a pavement analysis consultant will be assessing all 509 streets within Santee using a specialized van with scanners, sensors and cameras. All imagery and data collected is only related to the existing pavement. Once the data has been analyzed and compiled, a report will be provided to the City that will help determine the condition of every street and an overall street network condition. The report is expected to be completed by the end of 2025. The report will provide recommendations for neighborhood streets and major streets for resurfacing based on the existing resurfacing budgets.
