Planning & Building Department
The Planning & Building Department provides permitting and inspection services for private construction projects within Santee.
Inspections:
- Next day inspections must be requested by 4pm the business day before.
- Request an inspection using the Permitting & Licensing Portal
- Inspections are done between 9:00am and 4:30pm Monday through Friday
- Please allow for sufficient time to create a receipt for payment
