Description of Work:
The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and incidentals necessary to perform scheduled and as-needed plumbing maintenance and repairs, including but not limited to: installation, replacement, and repair of water supply lines, drainage systems, valves, fixtures, pumps, backflow devices, leak detection and repair, and all related plumbing system components, as defined in the Contract Documents.
