Description of Work:
The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and incidentals necessary to perform
scheduled filter changes and as needed repairs on HVAC equipment and associated systems and devices,
including motors, capacitors, contactors, thermostats, leak repairs, testing, and other related work as described
in the Contract Documents.
