HOMELESS ENCAMPMENT CLEANUP SERVICES
WORK TO BE DONE:
The City of Santee, hereinafter referred to as “City”, is requesting bids for the provision of all labor, materials, machinery, equipment, tools, supplies and mobility necessary to provide turnkey homeless encampment site cleanup and support services resulting in a safe and clean site by removing all debris, and encampment waste material at various City locations and is more particularly described in Exhibit ‘A’ of the Sample Agreement within the issued RFB #25/26-20092 documents.
BID DUE DATE:
Thursday, March 5, 2026, by 2:00 PM at the Office of the City Clerk, 10601 Magnolia Avenue, Building 3, Santee, CA 92071. Postmark date will not constitute timely delivery. Late bids will be returned unopened.
QUESTIONS pertaining to this RFB must be submitted in writing to Heather Heckman, Senior Management Analyst, at hheckman@cityofsanteeca.gov or facsimile 619-258-4189 by 9:00 AM on Monday, February 23, 2026.
