Veterans Day Self-Guided Walkthrough

Veterans Day occurs on November 11 each year. The City of Santee constructed the 11 ft x 11 ft x 11 ft Veterans Memorial Monument structure in recognition of the origins of Veterans Day and the ending of WWI fighting on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month.

This Veterans Day, the City encourages the community to participate in a self-guided walkthrough tour of the Santee Hometown Heroes Banners on display.
